Leadership workshops that change how you lead, not just what you know

Most training programmes hand you a binder and send you back to the same habits. Ours drop you into real scenarios, force honest reflection, and leave you with muscle memory — not just notes. Whether you lead a team of five or a division of five hundred, the work starts here.

Workshop formats built around how leaders actually learn

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all development. Pick the format that matches your team size, schedule, and depth of challenge. Every format includes post-session coaching check-ins at no additional cost.

Intensive half-day leadership sprint session

Half-day sprint

A concentrated four-hour deep dive into a single leadership challenge — conflict resolution, delegation under pressure, or stakeholder alignment. Ideal for intact teams of six to twelve who need a rapid intervention without pulling everyone away for a full day.

4 hours · up to 12 participants
Full-day immersive leadership workshop

Full-day immersive

Our flagship format. Eight hours of scenario-based practice, peer feedback rounds, and structured reflection. Participants leave with a personal leadership action plan reviewed by a certified coach. Lunch and materials included in every session.

8 hours · up to 20 participants
Virtual cohort leadership programme

Virtual cohort series

Six weekly ninety-minute sessions delivered live over video. Each week builds on the last, with homework assignments applied directly to your real workplace. A private online community keeps the conversation going between sessions.

6 weeks · up to 16 participants
Multi-day leadership retreat in countryside setting

Two-day off-site retreat

Step away from the office entirely. Our residential retreats combine experiential outdoor exercises with evening fireside discussions and morning mindfulness sessions. Designed for senior leadership teams navigating transformation, mergers, or cultural shifts.

How it works

Our four-phase approach to lasting change

We designed our methodology after studying why most leadership training fails within ninety days. The answer was clear — knowledge without practice and accountability fades. Here is how we fix that.

Phase one — Diagnostic intake

Before any workshop begins, we interview key stakeholders and distribute a confidential leadership-style assessment. This ensures every minute of workshop time addresses your actual gaps rather than generic theory. We review organisational context, team dynamics, and the specific outcomes you need to see within three months.

Phase two — Scenario immersion

Participants face realistic leadership dilemmas drawn from cross-industry case studies and, where possible, from your own organisation. We use role-play, fishbowl observation, and structured debate to surface blind spots. No slide decks, no lectures — just practice under guided pressure with real-time facilitator feedback.

Phase three — Peer reflection circles

After each exercise, small groups debrief using our proprietary reflection framework. Participants articulate what they noticed about their own reactions, receive candid input from peers, and identify one behaviour to reinforce and one to adjust. This step builds the self-awareness muscle that separates good managers from great leaders.

Phase four — Accountability follow-through

Every participant leaves with a thirty-day action contract. Two weeks later, they join a coached check-in call to report progress, troubleshoot obstacles, and recalibrate goals. At the sixty-day mark, we send a brief impact survey to both the participant and their direct reports to measure observable behaviour change.

Questions we hear often

Before you decide

We have worked with technology firms, NHS trusts, financial services companies, manufacturing groups, and not-for-profit organisations. Leadership challenges — delegation, communication under stress, strategic thinking — are remarkably consistent across sectors. We tailor scenarios to your industry context during the diagnostic intake phase.
It depends on the format. Half-day sprints cap at twelve to keep dialogue rich. Full-day immersives accommodate up to twenty. Retreats allow twenty-four. Virtual cohorts work best with sixteen or fewer. If you have a larger group, we split into parallel tracks with separate facilitators so quality never drops.
Absolutely. While our headquarters are in Bogan-under-Abernathy, we deliver in-person workshops across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe. We also run virtual sessions for teams in any time zone. Travel and accommodation costs are quoted transparently before you commit.
Pricing varies by format, group size, and customisation depth. A half-day sprint for a team of ten typically starts around £2,400 plus VAT. Full-day immersives range from £4,200 to £5,800. Retreats are quoted individually because venue and catering vary. We are happy to provide a detailed proposal after a short discovery call.
Every engagement is customised. The diagnostic intake phase exists specifically to ensure we are solving your problems, not running a generic programme. We often incorporate your internal case studies, values language, and strategic priorities into the exercises so participants see immediate relevance to their daily work.
